Each eligible receipt can redeem 1 gift from the eligible tier or below.
If the purchased amount is HK$60 or above, the participants can select 1 gift amongst the tier ①, ② and ③.
If the purchased amount is HK$20, the participants can select the tier ① gift only.
All gifts are subject to limited quantity and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis while stocks last.
During the registration period, participants can check the gifts' real time stock level in the WhatsApp conversation.
- How to Join:
Within the promotion period, purchase any San Miguel Cerveza Blanca products at HK$20* or above at any designated merchants, send a complete and clear original valid computer printed receipt photo to 9044 6922 via WhatsApp and follow the instructions to complete the registration within the registration period, to redeem a gift and cumulate the spending.
The first participant with the highest cumulative spending at the end of promotion can win a Classic Afternoon Tea for Two at a 5-star International Hotel (1 winner).
The participant must select the gift when registering each receipt.
The selected option cannot be cancelled or changed after confirmation.
Each mobile phone number (WhatsApp account) daily maximum cumulative spending is HK$500.
If the cumulative spending of a day exceeds HK$500, the exceeded spending will not be cumulated.
If there are the same highest cumulative spending amount at the end of the promotion, the participant who reach the amount first would be the winner (based on the valid last registration completion time.)
*In a single receipt and the actual paid amount after all discounts and offers (including credit card instant discount or discount offer) or use of coupons and excluding redemption and free products.
This promotion does not accept receipts / orders which already get / redeem any San Miguel Cerveza Blanca gift(s).
Participants should keep the original receipt for verification.
- Checking the real time cumulative spending ranking:
During the registration period, participants can check the real time cumulative spending ranking (top 3) in the WhatsApp conversation.
The ranking is for reference only. The organizer's record after promotion would be final.
The ranking will be updated instantly after participants complete the registrations.
If any receipts are disqualified or the purchase amount are updated, the ranking will be updated within 1 working day.
- Designated merchants in Hong Kong include:
7-Eleven, PARKnSHOP labels (including PARKnSHOP, International, Taste, Fusion, Gourmet, Great, food parc and PNS eShop), Wellcome labels (including Wellcome, 3hreesixty,Market Place, Market Place by Jasons, Oliver's The Delicatessen, Wellcome Fresh, Wellcome Online Shop, Market Place Online Shop and yuu Online Shop), pandamart and HKTVmall which sell San Miguel Cerveza Blanca products.
All online transactions must be delivered when registering this promotion.
For Wellcome Online Shop, Market Place Online Shop, yuu Online Shop and pandamart: the electronic receipt printout will be considered as original receipt.
For HKTVmall: the electronic invoice printout will be considered as original receipt. Delivery Note is not accepted.
Order placed through delivery platforms are not accepted (including pickup and delivery).
- Designated products:
San Miguel Cerveza Blanca products include any packing or product supply method.
- Valid receipt:
A valid receipt must be a computer printed original receipt and issued within the promotion period (order date for online store) with purchase of HK$20 or above (after all discounts, offers (including credit card and all offers and discounts) or use of coupons and the actual paid amount) on the San Miguel Cerveza Blanca products. A valid receipt should clearly show:
1. Name of designated merchant
2. receipt number (physical store) / order number (online store)
3. receipt date (physical store) / order date (online store)
4. name of the purchased San Miguel Cerveza Blanca products, purchase amount and quantity.
Any losses or damages of receipt will result in disqualification.
The organizer may request participants to provide additional receipt / order information (such as order record screenshots, product codes or other information) by phone call or WhatsApp message for the receipt verifications. If participant cannot provide the requested information within the designated time, the receipt will be considered as invalid and the registration / redemption / winning qualification will be disqualified.
- The mobile phone number of the WhatsApp account, which sends the message to this promotion's WhatsApp account, will be used as registered phone number and the account for cumulating spending for this promotion and this promotion only accepts Hong Kong mobile phone number to register. The registered phone number cannot be changed after registration are completed and the cumulative spending cannot be transferred.
- The receipt photo should clearly show the whole receipt and the complete transaction information. Each photo should only include 1 receipt. This promotion only accepts receipt photo sent by WhatsApp (jpg / png file only, we do not accept text or other file formats).
Participants will receive an auto-reply message for each WhatsApp message sent to this promotion's WhatsApp account.
The receipt photo will be verified. If the receipt information does not meet the entrance requirement / the receipt photo is incomplete, cannot clearly show the transaction information or is modified / a receipt photo included more than 1 valid receipt, it will result in disqualification.
If the purchased amount on receipt photo does not match to the amount inputted, on receipt verification, the purchase amount and the cumulative spending will be amended based on the purchase amount on the receipt photo without prior notice.
If the purchased amount on receipt photo does not meet the purchase requirement of selected gift, it will result in disqualification and the spending would not be cumulated without prior notice.
- Each receipt can be registered once and redeem 1 gift only, any duplicated registrations will result in disqualification.
- Number of registrations and number of gift redemptions by each mobile phone number are not limited.
- Participants must be a Hong Kong resident (holders of a valid HKSAR identity card) and aged 18 or above.
This promotion only accepts transactions in Hong Kong.
- The receipt will be verified within 3 working days. If the receipts were successfully verified, the gifts will be sent out within 14 working days.
- The winner of the highest cumulative spending will be contacted individually by phone call on or before the winner' notification date for winning qualification verification. After being successfully verified, the winner will receive the winning message and the prize's e-voucher via winning WhatsApp message within the designated period.
If the winner cannot be contacted or the winning qualification cannot be successfully verified on or before the winner's notification date, they will forfeit the prize.
- Remarks for Gift Redemption:
Participants are required to submit English full name (must be the same as shown on ID Card) and Hong Kong delivery address when registration. If the registration is successfully verified, the gift will be sent within designated period by SF Express (The shipping costs will be paid by the organizer). If the registration cannot be successfully verified, it will result in disqualification.
Remarks for gift delivery:
- The gifts delivery address must be participant's residential / office address in Hong Kong. The delivery address cannot be changed after submitted.
- The gifts delivery must be door-to-door and cannot be forwarded or self pick-up (including SF Store / SF Service Partner / SF Locker and other self pick-up method)
- If the gifts fail to be delivered and returned, it will result in disqualification without prior notice. No re-delivery can be arranged.
- The gifts would be delivered to the participant only. The recipient's phone number must be the mobile phone number sending the WhatsApp message to this promotion WhatsApp number upon registration. The recipient's name and address must be the participant's submitted English full name and Hong Kong address in the registration.
- The participants must accept the gift in person and cannot authorize a third party to accept the gift during gift delivery. The participants will be required to present the original and valid identity proof and original receipt for verifications upon gift delivery.
- For the delivery covered areas / Terms and Conditions of Carriage, the information of SF Express would be final. Please refer to SF Express website (www.sf-express.com) for details. SF Express reserves the rights to modify all terms and conditions without prior notice. Participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed by SF Express. In case of any disputes, participants shall contact SF Express.
- The organizer is not responsible for any losses of gifts / gifts being returned to the organizer / losses of gifts or any losses caused by delivery delay or wrong delivery, which is resulted from the participants failing / rejecting to receive the gifts or providing invalid or incorrect personal information or address (i.e. incorrect name / mobile phone number / address) or other participants' issues.
- All gifts / prize are produced and supplied by the third party suppliers. The organizer shall not be liable for any losses suffered by participants / winner or others due to the redemption or use of the gifts / prize. The organizer reiterates that the organizer shall not be liable for any warranties or any consequences due to the use of the gifts / prize.
Participants / winner agree to abide by the terms and conditions listed by the gift / prize suppliers on the relevant gifts / prize.
- All gifts / prize cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged for cash, other services or products.
- This promotion only accepts complete and unmodified original receipt which does not redeem any San Miguel Cerveza Blanca gift(s). Any incomplete, modified, fake, damaged (including printing, production or other errors), photocopy of or reprinted receipts, delivery note, duplicated receipt, coupons or credit card customer copy or the receipt which redeemed any San Miguel Cerveza Blanca gift(s) will not be accepted.
- Winner are required to check the gifts / prize upon redemption / gift / prize delivery. All gifts / prize are not returnable and not exchangeable after the redemption.
- The images and dimensions of the gifts / prize are for reference only. The real objects would be final.
- For enquiries of the registration or winning information, the registered person should contact us by the registered phone number.
Except phone enquiries, enquiries from other channels are not accepted.
- The information provided by participants must be complete and correct, the personal data are used for verification purposes during redemption and gift / prize delivery. Information provided by participants cannot be changed (except for personal information; however, after changing / correcting personal information, the completed registration will be cancelled, and the participant's eligibility to participate / win will be revoked. The organizer will not be responsible for any cancellation of eligibility due to the participant changing / correcting personal information.) and the completed registration cannot be cancelled. All registered information should be based on the registration record in the registration system. Any faulty or incomplete information will result in disqualification.
If the organizer cannot contact the participants or verify their identities / winner cannot receive the redemption / winning notifications, redemption details or gifts / prize due to any fake, incomplete or incorrect information provided for this promotion, it will result in disqualification and the organizer shall bear no responsibility.
- This promotion only accepts registration by Hong Kong mobile phone number with a registered WhatsApp account, has agreed the WhatsApp in-app Terms and Privacy Policy and carries the traditional voice services provided by Hong Kong mobile network operators. If the WhatsApp account has not agreed to the WhatsApp in-app Terms and Privacy Policy or the mobile phone number does not have a registered WhatsApp account, it cannot join this promotion.
If the mobile phone number does not carry the voice service or registered phone number is not in use, invalid, changed, cannot send / receive WhatsApp message or cannot make / receive the traditional voice calls when registering this promotion / redemption, it will result in disqualification.
Each WhatsApp account can only register for the account's mobile phone number and cannot register for other WhatsApp accounts or mobile phone numbers by any forms and means.
- During the promotion, if the information becomes invalid / is voided because the information sent by participants, winner, suppliers (third party suppliers) and the organizer are delayed, lost, inaccurate, unidentifiable or damaged caused by any computer, telephone, network, technical issues or other technology which are not attributed to the any faults of the organizer, the organizer shall not bear any legal responsibility and the participants or winner cannot object.
- If any participants are found to participate in this promotion with a false, post-processed, artificially synthesized or stolen third-party receipt or order record, the organizer has the right to disqualify the participation, redemption and winning qualification without prior notice and explanation.
- San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited shall comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486 of the laws of Hong Kong S.A.R. when handling and destroying personal data being collected under this promotion event. If the winner provide the required information in this regard, they are deemed to have agreed: (1) San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited and its senior staff and employees to collect, save and use their personal data (in accordance with the bindings of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, Chapter 486) in order to verify their identities for participating into San Miguel Cerveza Blanca · White Bliss Redemption Program (hereinafter referred to as "the Promotion Event"); and (2) San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited to disclose and transfer the personal data to the relevant professional consultants, service providers, agents or other contract counterparts of the Promotion Event.
- San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited shall keep the winner's personal data for approximately 30 days after termination of the Promotion Event for the purpose mentioned above. The winner have the right to send written requests to San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited's Personal Data Officer, situating at 9/F, Citimark Building, 28 Yuen Shun Circuit, Siu Lek Yuen, Shatin, New Territories, Hong Kong, for access to and correction of their personal data.
- Upon participating this promotion event, all participants are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed the above terms and conditions.
- San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited shall reserve the right to disqualify the participation / redemption / winning qualification for any violations of this terms and conditions.
- In case of any disputes, San Miguel Brewery Hong Kong Limited reserves the right of final decision.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
